I forbid my art to be used for any purposes involving the training of generative AI and similar technologies.

Please do not upload my work to an AI database, as this could compromise my work.

Creating NFTs of my work is prohibited.

Every commission has a different setup,

so make sure to read through the commission details properly.

And as per usual, feel free to shoot me a DM if there are any uncertainties with the TOS

or the commission packages.

The client is 18 or above or has a legal parent/guardian to agree to all of the terms of service as listed below.
I retain original copyright and ownership of the work provided, which includes but may not be limited to advertising and displaying the work on my websites, social media, and portfolios according to my discretion.
Clients are granted exclusive usage rights of the work produced as agreed upon, which must not be transferred to any other parties.
Unless specified in the commission information or otherwise discussed and agreed upon, commercial licenses and reselling rights are not included. Commercial use includes usage on streams, broadcasts, merchandise, and any monetized work.
Any work done or made available to the client will not be used for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and NFTs.
Clients agree to provide all required art, references, information and assets before and during the process of the work.
Clients may not claim the work as their own or anyone else's and must credit me on social platforms using my username, with or without commercial licensing.
Unused early-stage or second-stage drafts of an add on, character or outfit design may be revised and resold by the artist.
Key elements of the original character design will be modified to ensure all resemblance to the original character is fully eliminated.
In the case of outfit designs, only the outfit itself will be resold.

The artist will reply to inquiries within 1-7 business days.
Requests can be made over Twitter DMs, Discord DMs, and E-Mail.
The client may then hand over all of their reference material and explain the outline of the project, free of charge.
If there are deadlines to be met, the client is obligated to disclose them beforehand.
After discussing the workload, an estimated timeframe for the project will be confirmed.
To reserve the aforementioned time slot, the client is obligated to make an advance payment. (more on Advance Payments)
Completion time will average from 3 weeks up to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the project.
The client is free to give feedback during their set of revisions but must provide the necessary references to assist.
Changes that are requested after the official revision stage has been completed will incur additional fees.
Updates will be given regularly throughout the process, averaging 1 to 3 times a week depending on the project deadline and other commissions I am currently handling.
Any delay in updates will be promptly communicated to the client.

The advance payment is to be sent after the client has received the invoice.
Unless otherwise discussed, the advance payment to secure a slot for a commission is €150 of the grand total.
Once the scheduled date approaches, the artist will send a reminder to collect any remaining payment.
The client may pay their commission via a STRIPE LINK or BANK TRANSFER.
The artist won't accommodate the client's personal issues with payment.
Prices listed on the website or order form are estimated amounts and may be individually adjusted to fit the project scale.

Early cancellations are accepted 6 weeks prior to the estimated starting date of the commission.
In the event of an early cancellation, the advance payment will be fully refunded within 7 business days.
However, if the client fails to cancel their commission by the early cancellation period, the upfront payment will not be returned.
In such cases, the client may request to reschedule the commission once, based on the artist's availability
If no agreement is reached, the advance payment will also not be refunded
If the client terminates the contract without proper communication or prior notice after the scheduled start date, they may request a refund of 25% of the commission's total amount.
If the client terminates the contract during production, they may request a partial refund, depending on the progress of the commission.
If the artist decides to terminate the commission for any reason, the full amount of the commission will be refunded.
Chargebacks are not allowed, and all refunds must adhere to the terms outlined above
The artist reserves the right to stop work and refund clients who are disrespectful or fail to provide necessary information when requested.
